"My favorite thing about FIT36 is the variety of exercises and workouts! It’s 36 minutes that you can make intense or decrease the intensity as needed. FIT36 has improved my strength; I was able to improve my turns snowboarding down a black diamond run and serve some overhand aces in volleyball again. I have been snowboarding for 30 years and was finding myself falling behind. I had a great first day this year. In volleyball, I hurt my shoulder a few years ago and struggled to get back to serving overhand. It all came down to regaining the strength I had lost. My biggest accomplishment since being here is gaining strength after 50 to continue doing the things I love to do. Overall, I just feel better when I am fit. I was not seeing improvements in other exercise programs either because there was too much cardio without building strength or too much strength needed to do some of the exercises, so FIT36 is the best FIT for me." -Linda A.
